What better to compliment your new workbenches than with a peg board.

This simple addition to your workspace will help to add a level of organization. The peg board allows You to keep your tools in sight while allowing you to customize the placement. You can keep those items you use often in close reach while allowing those specialty tools to be put away and safe, but not lost.

While this may seem like an easy project there are some things you need to keep in mind. In the tutorial we are going to show you how to adhere your board to the wall ensuring that the peg board can support the weight of your tools.

You can also paint your pegboard to any color and even paint in the outline of your tools creating a template for placement.

Step 1: Measure Wall

Step 2: Cut and Install Bottom Support

DIYG Tip: to ensure that your bottom support is at the correct height and remains level, you can place a 2”x4” piece of wood underneath to hold it in place while nailing in place

Step 3: Cut and Install Vertical Supports

Step 4: Install Top Support

Step 5: Install Peg Board

Step 6: Add Tools and Enjoy!
